Key Objectives

1) Develop and implement sales strategy for its dedicated customers to achieve turnover target and long-term business results on both hardware and services

2) Drive the transformation in the automotive industry based on connected mobility and autonomous driving

Mission and Main Responsibilities

1) Acting as the primary sales interface for the automotive accounts, OEM, Tiers1 and new actors in the eco-system

2) Establish high-level strategic relationships with each account

3) Identify new business opportunities and position the company as a key partner within each account and related ecosystem

4) Develop, propose, and implement the strategic account planning

5) Interface and coordinate with other Account Managers managing Tiers1 suppliers or equivalents in the eco system

Candidate Profile


1) Business or engineering school diploma or post graduate degree


1) Broad professional business experience in automotive industry (min. 6-8 years)

2) Well experienced in Project- and Customer Relationship Management as well as Solution selling

3) Experiences/exposure with OEM/Tier1

Professional Knowledge

1) Knowledge of Automotive segment and related industries as well as Telecom market

2) Knowledge of Project Management

3) Extensive negotiation skills

4) Ability to provide precise and rigorous forecast

Extra skills

1) User Experience in CRM-tools (e.g., Siebel)

2) English business level and Japanese mandatory
