Short term contract - Aerostructure Quality Inspector

Requirements

knowledge of defect types, their causes and common characteristic's likely to occur in the welds to be inspected. (T.I.G. fusion welding and Resistance welding).
knowledge of Visual inspection process.
knowledge of process characteristics relevant to the welding process (T.I.G. fusion / Resistance welding).
knowledge of weld types, joint types and materials (Titanium, Stainless steels and Nickel alloys).
