Project Quality Engineer (PR-34108197)

One of my clients is currently looking for a Project Quality Engineer to join their team on a offshore wind farm project in Teeside. Here are the requirements:

Essential Responsibilities:

The Tower Project Quality Engineer will collaborate with all project functions and supporting departments involved in the Handover, Transport, M&E and Onshore Commissioning of the Tower sections and components. In this role, they will lead project improvement initiatives to meet project objectives and client satisfaction.
The Project Quality Engineer can represent the Project Quality Manager for internal and external meetings, inspections and audits related to the Tower sections and components.
The Project Quality Engineer will be responsible to maintain a record on the Quality Documentation completed, received and submitted to the Customer.
When required, they will also support to validate Non-Conformities related to Transport damage or during Tower Assembly that shall be transferred to the Global Supply Chain Team or Dispositioned by Engineering.
The Project Quality Engineer will contribute to control and report on Cost of Poor Quality and Vendor Build Back Process on Quality issues related to the Tower Sections.

Contract details:

• Initial 12 month contract
• £400 per day, all inclusive
• Inside IR35
• Monday to Friday, 3 days working on site and 2 days WFH
