Offshore Punchlist Co-Ordinator


* Managing Nacelle/Tower punch list/tracker Offshore Onboard SOV
* Liaising with engineering onshore for Relevant work instruction.
* Liaising with Materials & Procurement teams located on shore.
* creating metrics for upper management on punch list closure status
* EHS conscious
* Contribute to Health and safety culture on offshore site.
* Work closely with Onshore commissioners in sourcing parts and Work instructions.
* Compilation of all necessary status reports as / when required.
* Daily DPR issued to Completion manager.
* Management of Punch list entry and sign off.
* Co-Ordination of Punch list closure evidence.
* Work closely planning department to confirm critical path work scope was complete in the completions database.
* Work with the material management to organise material packs for issue to M&E contractor.
* MS office proficient
* Work closely with Offshore quality in walk downs and newly created punches.
* Liaise with Service side of business to funnel noncritical spares to be actioned by relevant offshore teams.

Rotation :2 weeks on 2 weeks off

Daliy Rate : £520 Outside IR35

(Demob days are paid at half rate)

Teesside Freeport Kickoff location

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in an offshore environment.
Strong knowledge of punch list management processes and procedures.
Ability to manage competing demands and prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and codes.
Willingness to travel to offshore locations as required.
