The MEP Design Manager will take a leading role on a variety of consultancy packages including (but not limited to) strategic consultancy, audit & optimisation consultancy, feasibility and master planning, design & engineering, commissioning & IST management, certifications and compliance.

This role will also be pivotal in contributing to the growth and expansion of the CAPS team and associated services. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of all data centre technologies including; Critical LV Switch-gear Arrangements, UPS Systems, Standby Generation, Critical Cooling Systems Inc. Chilled Water, Fire Suppression, Control and Monitoring systems (e.g. BMS, PMS and EMS etc). A passive understanding of CSA would be beneficial, to ensure full overview of the project expectations.

The role is also based on an outside IR35 assessment and will be working on a rolling 6 month contract. Your working pattern will depend on where you are located, but ideally a day a week in the office with site visits expected as well. Site visits will be paid back on expenses, so train, car and hotel will be refunded back to you.
