If you're feeling that itch to take on new interesting technical challenges, or want a role with a career route towards management then this may be the job for you.

In this role you would be delivering projects as part of a team of six Controls Engineers, getting stuck-in to the technical aspects of complex machinery, including PLC programming and systems integration of servos and VSDs.

You'll need to use your existing experience in programming on Siemens TIA Portal controlled systems, but have plenty of opportunity to develop your knowledge in other areas.

You will have a direct mentor in the Engineering Manager, so this is a perfect opportunity if you have a desire to develop further your capabilities in leadership.

As part of a close-knit team you will collaborate with talented engineers to deliver on complex projects, within a company who are constantly moving forward and developing.

The machines you would be delivering are highly interesting from an engineering perspective, incorporating extremely high-precision motion control and achieving many industry 'firsts'.

You'll get to work on projects from cradle-to-grave; writing your own specifications, designing the electrical & control content of machinery and seeing your machines come to life when they're built in-house.

You would be working from an impressive new site near Bristol. This has been laid out to be perfectly fit-for-purpose for the current needs, allowing room to expand and provide a world class working environment.

During the pandemic they have placed a large focus on improving systems and processes. This has strengthened the team and provided greater focus on staff development.

This role will provide a salary of up to £55,000 plus benefits including overtime, and the chance to utilise and develop your leadership capabilities and stretch your brain with engaging technical problem-solving.
