Construction Project Lead (PR-34097922)

The role is for Project Manager (Senior Level) to be the site management lead overseeing the project team and sub-contractors. Key points for the role are: -

1. Site Based at Leeds (5 days per week)
2. Principal Contractors on site
3. Electrical / Mechanical management background essential. Preference would be an Electrical bias.
4. Site Management qualifications, SMSTS, First Aid, NVQ Lvl 6, etc..
5. Project Team lead undertaking: -
1. Client liaison
2. Report to internal stakeholders
3. Coordinate internal team including site managers, design team, commissioning and H&S.
4. Programme understanding and directing the internal team and sub-contractors on a weekly / daily basis.
5. Sub-Contractor co-ordination and monitoring
6. Progress Reporting and leading client progress meetings
6. Other daily / weekly roles as part of the site management.
