Construction Manager - Hinkley Point (PR-34058400)

One of my clients on Hinkley Point is looking for a Construction Manager to join their team on a 12 month contract. The client is looking to interview on 10th March via Teams in the afternoon. Here is a little about the role:

Experience

  • Provision of technical construction expertise/advice throughout the lifecycle of a project.
  • Provide management and governance to maintain and promote high standards in environmental, safety, health, security and quality management.
  • Processes and procedures are adhered to during construction planning and implementation.
  • Ensure design intent is maintained during the construction phase, via verification records and documentation management to support project handover.
  • Delivery of reporting data/information, necessary to support the project and business objectives.
  • Hold an industry standard, construction/build environment qualification (eg HND/HNC/ NVQ (level 6 or above)
  • SMSTS & CSCS (relevant level), or suitable equivalent.
  • Nuclear or Ministry of Defence construction experience is beneficial.

Rate/Contract details

  • £450 - £500 per day. Depending on experience and Security Clearance status.
  • Outside IR35
  • 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday on site
  • 12 months initial contract, client is on site till 2026
  • No accommodation or travel is included.

Please note as this role is based on a Nuclear site, we can only accept candidates who have a UK citizenship.
