You will be working at an electronics manufacturer in Chippenham that has recently joined forces with a global heavyweight.

With this being a newly created role, you will be able to really put your stamp on it and make it your own.

So, what will you be doing?

First off, you will be looking at factory loading, understanding what you have to work with and getting to grips with the manufacturing processes.

After this you will be looking at balancing loads and ensuring that clients expectations are managed.

Then you will look at future forecasts and highlight areas that need increased labour/resource etc.

Salary on offer will be from £40,000 with flexibility for the right candidate, with a benefits package including 25 days holiday (with an extra 2 at Xmas!), x4 life assurance, and a BUPA Wellbeing Health Plan.
