I am getting in touch today because my client is interviewing this week for a Business Analyst for a period of 3 months initially to work on a telephony project that is kicking off quickly.
They have agreed a change in network provider and the telephony provider is at end of life. They are not just doing a lift and shift however, are taking the opportunity to standardise processes, ways of working, looking for efficiencies etc. With regards to as-is, the routings they have are complicated which ends up giving a bad experience for customer services which then impacts their customers.
Location: Midlands (100% Remote working)
Ideal start date: November 2020
Duration: Initial 3 Month Contract, likely to extend
- 5 years Business Analyst Experience.
- Telephony Experience (Avaya or Genesys)
- As Is and To Be Process
- Map Out Use Case Diagrams
- Write User Stories including Acceptance Criteria
- Write Up a Brand Partners Operating Model (For on-boarding)
- Write Test Cases
If you are interested in discussing further, can you please send me an updated version of your CV and I will get in touch to discuss your application and interview processes.
