To implement this change, we offer to take on more accountability for the delivery and performance of the services and resources we supply; increasing choice, adding value and reducing the overhead burden on our customers.
Our offering comes in two forms and share a comprehensive set of service levels:
This service provides you with the option to transfer the management and delivery of your technology and business change resource requirements at a project, programme or organisational level to us. This service futureproofs the supply of critical skill-sets and significantly reduces the time burden and cost overhead incurred by our customers when recruiting multiple resources or teams.
Our project partnering service provides customers with options to extend their project delivery capacity. These options are fully supported by our in-house Service Delivery Management function and are contracted under a Statement of Work (SOW). We can provide:
- Single interims
- Project teams resourced and project managed by us
- Project teams resourced by us and managed on a collaborative basis between the customer’s Project Management team and our Service Delivery Management team.
