Contractor Lunch in Sydney, Australia

Progressive IT met up with a few of their contractors yesterday for a catch-up lunch!

It was a good opportunity for the team at Progressive IT to find out how our contractors were managing, both on a professional scale and a personal level. This includes the feedback we get with regards to their working environment. Most importantly, we get to build a genuine relationship with our contractors over an enjoyable lunch.

“We take our contractors for regular lunches/coffees to make sure they are happy on site and enjoying the working environment. We also think it is important to get to know them on a personal level, so they feel confident having regular discussions with us about their role and feel comfortable coming to us if any problem arise.” – Becky Teague, Consultant, Progressive IT
