Project Manager - Brussels (PR-34177117)

Our client is a Global Principal Contractor who specialises in the construction of Data Centres. Having concluded the pre-construction of the new project they are looking for a multi-disciplined project manager to oversee the construction through to handover of the project.

Job Specification:

Role: Project Manager

Location: Brussels

Contract Length: 9 Months

Daily Rate: €700 per day (All inclusive)

Job Description:

• Management of Site Safety

• Management of Site QA

• Management of Project Schedule

• Management of all costs associated with Project including

• Management of sub-contractor activities

• Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings

• Issue external weekly progress report, to all stakeholders, highlighting areas not available, and delays, shortage of design, third party hold ups and percentage

• Ensure all Sub-contractor documentation

• Issue weekly safety stats

• Hold weekly commercial meetings
