Production Manager (EN/FR/NL) (PR-34104858)

For one of my client located in Zaventem I am looking for a Trilingual Production Manager (EN/NL/FR) with min. 3 years experience in a similar function. This person will have the strategic and tactical responsibility for implementing manufacturing strategy and strategic operational goals to exceed customer expectations for product quality cost and delivery.

Your main responsabilities :

• Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders striving for continuous improvement, best-in-class products and business practices to deliver to the customer's expectations, managing teams and projects across the business;
• Provide clear leadership and vision, inspire and motivate staff to achieve excellence and mentor them as they develop new skills;
• Drive Key Performance Indicators across all areas of the Manufacturing function to ensure that all projects are delivered on cost and on time to the highest quality standards;
• Planning and organising production schedules;
• Assessing project and resource requirements;
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers;
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are prioritized and facilitated including the implementation of lean business strategy;
• Drive continuous improvement across all manufacturing
• Determining quality control standards;
• Organizing relevant training sessions;
• Managing the full P&L cycle.

• Do you have min. 3+ years of experience as a Production Manager i?
• Do you have ERP user knowledge?
• Do you have excellent communication skills and full proficiency in English, Dutch and French?
