Customer Service Officer (Trilingual FR/EN/GER) (PR-34076715)

For one of my client active in the industrial sector, I am looking for a Customer Service Officer trilingual in French / English and German. That person will join a team of 4 people.

Your responsabilities :

• Encoding in SAP
• Following up the expeditions and invoices
• Taking care of the complaints and following up the creation notes
• Full management of your clients' portfolio
• Organizing, coordinating and following up the projects/tasks you will be appointed on, respecting the deadlines
• Co-responsible, with your manager, of the objectives and planning and of the realization of the projects/tasks you will be appointed on
• Timely maintenance of the information of the changes in planning and results and proposal of corrective actions
• Informing your manager of all events or risks that might have an impact on the results
• Respecting the applicable standards and regulations
• Applying the objectives of the commercial policy
• Relations between the clients and the different internal services
• Handling the issues related to sales, credit limits, deadline respects and deliveries
• Following up the clients' accounts and the payments
• Solving the disputes (encoding + follow-up)

Your profile :

• You have at least 3 years in a similar function
• You have an experience in the industrial sector
• You have good communicational skills
• You are fuent in French/ English and German
