No, though we don’t provide financial support. But our expert consultants can advise you of relevant skills to your industry and profession.

What are your criteria for recruitment?

We work with candidates who have no work limitations upon them and have the relevant skills, experience and qualifications to the roles we recruit.

What is the timeframe of the overall recruitment process?

A recruitment process and the associated timelines can be tailored to individual customer requirements.  A Contract Assignment can run very quickly, from a next day start with no interview to two to four weeks allowing for the client to meet and interview as normal. Most Contract Candidates are available at no notice or less than 4 weeks notice. A typical Permanent process can take between two to six weeks from initial Customer to Consultant Briefing to an offer being made to the Candidate. Notice Periods vary dependent on the seniority of the candidate. A typical notice period is 1 month, whilst for executives it can sometimes be 3 months.

Do you provide help with interviews?

Yes we do. We provide you with interview tips, what to expect during the interview, etc.

Is there a charge for using your services?

No, any fees are paid by the Client. No fees of any type are paid by the candidate
