How do I know if you have received my application?

If you have applied for a job, you should get an automatic reply to know that your application has been successfully submitted. If you do not hear back from us after 48 hours, it’s likely that you’re not shortlisted for the role. However, as your CV is now in our database, we will get in touch when a suitable role comes up.

What should I expect during the recruitment process?

A recruitment process and the associated timelines can be tailored to individual customer requirements.  A Contract Assignment can run very quickly, from a next day start with no interview to two to four weeks allowing for the client to meet and interview as normal. A typical Permanent process can take between two to six weeks from initial Customer to Consultant Briefing to an offer being made to the Candidate. But the standard process will include screening, qualification, feedback from the Client followed by interview if needed, before moving to offer stage. The number of interviews and qualification process is can vary and is entirely dependent on the requirements from the Client.

Does Progressive provide help in doing relevant study next to my job?

What is the timeframe of the overall recruitment process?

A recruitment process and the associated timelines can be tailored to individual customer requirements.  A Contract Assignment can run very quickly, from a next day start with no interview to two to four weeks allowing for the client to meet and interview as normal. Most Contract Candidates are available at no notice or less than 4 weeks notice. A typical Permanent process can take between two to six weeks from initial Customer to Consultant Briefing to an offer being made to the Candidate. Notice Periods vary dependent on the seniority of the candidate. A typical notice period is 1 month, whilst for executives it can sometimes be 3 months.

Is there a charge for using your services?

No, any fees are paid by the Client.  No fees of any type are paid by the candidate.
