Legal Counsel and Contracts Manager

Industry: Oil & Gas, legal

Work Location: Dubai, UAE

Must have criteria:

- 10+ years experience in legal and contracts management within the oil & gas sector.

- Work experience for oilfield services companies (ideally, top 4).

- Fluent in Arabic and English language (both written and verbal)

- Expertise in legal and contract negotiation including post-contract issue management

- Expertise in commercial & corporate matters, M&A, intellectual property in relation to Oil and Gas

- Expertise in compliance including anti bribery and corruption, FCPA, and third party management

- Legal/Law Degree
