Estimated Salary: AED 8K to 12K pm total cash package + Medical Insurance + Annual Flight Ticket

Profile:

5+ years professional IT support work experience inside the UAE

Must have handled 40-50 employee users single handily

Good English language communication skills

Knowledge of IT Systems/Architecture

Job Description:

• You will be the first point of contact to the users for recording, tracking & providing resolution to the incidents and users' complaints.
• Has working knowledge for resolving Basic ERP issues.
• Provide technical assistance to computer system users.
• Shared folders permissions management.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting.
• Keep records of systems upgrades and maintenance.
• Continually monitor network security, evaluate existing security programs, update antivirus software, and run scans to ensure network integrity.
• Maintain current inventory of hardware and software.
• Assist in maintaining documentation of infrastructure procedures, operation instructions, user manuals, quality assurance program & IT Standards, policies for future reference and retrieval.
• Coordination with Service providers (Etisalat / DU)
• Handling Firewall, IP Phone, Office 365, Hyper-V, CCTV.
