Progressive Recruitment Dubai is extremely honoured to be nominated for two categories at this year’s Talent International Annual Recruitment Awards (TIARA). TIARA look to recognise exemplary growth in the GCC region, highlight innovation and showcase those who demonstrate world-class leadership. This year Progressive Recruitment are a finalist for the below awards:

These awards are an outstanding achievement for the Progressive Recruitment Dubai office and highlight to the rest of the region what phenomenal hard work and dedication the team are putting into their clients and candidates every day. Beyond that, we placed a massive focus on our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme which have benefitted more than 6,245 people since 2011. Last year, we launched a new partnership with the African Science Academy, empowering females in Africa to attend leading universities and become future leaders in STEM. Our people are also encouraged to take two days of paid leave to engage in a CSR activity of their choice. Through this fantastic CSR initiative, our staff feel like they have a direct impact in the community which helps spark a positive workplace environment.
