Our Dubai team has been awarded with three different titles at this year’s Talent International Annual Recruitment Awards

Progressive Recruitment Dubai is extremely honoured to have been awarded the following title at this year’s Talent International Annual Recruitment Awards (TIARA) under our parent company SThree Dubai. 

• The KSA Recruitment Company of the Year

Under our parent company SThree, Huxley Dubai was also awarded two awards on the night:

• The Executive Search Firm of the Year 
• The IT & Digital Recruitment Company of the Year

These awards are an outstanding achievement for the Progressive Recruitment Dubai office and highlight to the rest of the region what phenomenal hard work and dedication the team are putting into their clients and candidates every day. Our team in Dubai is also made up of consultants with 12 different nationalities, speaking English, Arabic and Russian. With this, we understood any complexities when we hire for our clients across the region. This has given us great success where we currently have contractors and made placements in over 20 different countries from our Dubai office.

Beyond that, we placed a massive focus on our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme which have benefitted more than 6,245 people since 2011. Last year, we launched a new partnership with the African Science Academy, empowering females in Africa to attend leading universities and become future leaders in STEM. Our people are also encouraged to take two days of paid leave to engage in a CSR activity of their choice. Through this fantastic CSR initiative, our staff feel like they have a direct impact in the community which helps spark a positive workplace environment.
