Progressive Employee Wins Women In Sales Award

Winning an award

We are pleased to announce that one of our highly talented employees succeeded at last week’s European Women In Sales Awards 2016. Kayleigh Bottomley, Associate Business Manager at Progressive, came first in the category ‘Best Women Sales Manager'.

Kayleigh and other nominees attended the awards’ dinner on Thursday 8th December in London for a night celebrating the positive achievements of women in sales roles across several sectors.

Kayleigh’s reaction after collecting the award:

“I am extremely proud to have been nominated for this award by my colleagues at Progressive, but then to have been externally shortlisted as a finalist and going on to win the award for ‘Sales Manager of the Year’ was incredible.”

“To be recognised by a panel of successful judges competing against some of the sales industries’ best female managers across the UK and Europe is a huge achievement for me and has motivated me even more to drive my idealisation of sales through service."

About the Awards

The European Women in Sales Awards were created to raise awareness of the need for gender diversity in sales and in executive leadership teams.

Encouraging diversity in the workplace is something that Progressive is hugely passionate about, and one key area of diversity is encouraging women to enter and excel in traditionally male-dominated fields; winning these awards is testament to this commitment.

Please join us in congratulating Kayleigh!
