About the role
As a Change Manager, you will take responsibility for the delivery of effective change management across a dedicated stream within the integration program, from planning through to execution. In this position, your role will be working closely alongside the Change Director to assist in the delivery of business benefits, promoting organisation engagement through conducting change impact workshops and documenting all changes.
What you can bring to this role
- Working knowledge of program and project management methodologies and familiarity with all phases of the project lifecycle
- Prior experience working on large transformation programs, ideally in M&A
- Industry experience in Life Insurance or Financial Services
- PROSCI certification
