Manager Study Contracts (m/w/d)

Tasks:

• Contract negotiations with clinics and resident doctors in cooperation with the project managers
• Creation and adjustment of budget overviews and contracts for individual study centers
• Function as contact point and interface with the legal department and incorporation of the recommendations into the study contracts
• Proactive communication with project management and study centers
• Responsibility for the coordination of contract logistics
• Ensuring the timely conclusion of study contracts
• Construction, maintenance and further development of a documentation system for information from the contracts
• Contribution to process improvements, knowledge transfer and best practice exchange
