Für unseren Mandanten aus dem Großanlagenbau bin ich aktuell auf der Suche nach einem qualifizierten Site Manager HSE / Comissioning (m/w/d) für ein Projekt in Stuttgart.

Kurzübersicht der Rahmenbedingungen:

Start: 01.10.2023 Vollzeit (Freelance)

Projekt: GuD Inbetriebnahme

Laufzeit: 01.10.2023 - 31.07.2024

Einsatzort: Großraum Stuttgart

Position: Site Manager HSE / Comissioning

Aufgaben:

  • To ensure that all HSE activities at construction/ commissioning site are carried on in accordance with the Italian/german applicable laws and regulations, client requirements and EHS PLAN
  • To assist the site project in Risk Management process (i.e. Design and Detailed HAZID)
  • To facilitate accidents/incidents investigation and to carry out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans at site level
  • To conduct HSE audits both internal and external on subcontractors involved in project activities (prequalification and project phases)
  • To develop and perform project safety training / induction and contribute to the implementation at site level of safety behavioral initiatives, also including suppliers and subcontractors
  • To monitor, evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of the HSE Plans and propose improvement actions.
  • To lead the planning and collection of HSE KPI for the Project
  • To ensure the proper waste management, including segregation, collection, andreporting (if applicable)

Erfahrungen und Erforderliche Kenntnisse:

  • Be resilient: maintain high effectiveness and a positive approach in the face of opposition and adversity.
  • Having at least 5 years experience in Power Plant construction
  • Having the purpose of reinforcing the HSE team, we are open to evaluate profiles with different seniority, having at least 5 years of Site HSE Management experience, within Italian/ german EPC work environment.
  • Technical Degree (engineering).
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 series standard; Be qualified as lead auditor will be a plus.
  • Strong leadership, team player. People management/ influencing and organizational skills.
  • High PC literacy.
  • Proficient in English/ German Language, written and spoken; Italian language will be a plus.
  • Used to work in international and multicultural environment
  • Familiar with HAZID methodology

  • Professionelles Deutsch und Englisch (Must have), Italienisch (Nice to have)
  • SiGeKo, Sicherheitsfachkraft und SCC zertifiziert (Must have)
