Global Medical Affairs Operational Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Provide Operational leadership and/or support to the various medical affairs projects
• Manage the details of projects with team and/or medical communication agencies to ensure projects are completed with quality, on time and within budget
• Liaise with the Medical team, internal support functions (e.g., Legal, Purchasing, Compliance, QA, Finance) and external vendors to ensure processes are followed
• Work with Medical Directors to implement competitive bidding processes for new projects, and bring to completion from proposal to contract sign off per company policies
• Develop and implement global medical affairs operational processes and policies that are efficient, compliant, and support a flexible and agile working environment
• Manage project budgets, planning, reports, and resources
