Solution Architect

For one of our leading global communications solutions provider client we are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to be based in their state of the art office in Singapore.

Technical Skills Required:

• 8+ years of experience in Telecommunication Network industry.

• Proven track record in End-to-End IP Network Design & Network Integration.

• Ability to translate user requirements/input into technical solution.

• Strong technical knowledge in IP network technologies.

• Extensive technical development & project management experiences in area of Metro Ethernet, Broadband access network, MPLS (VPN), IPTV, IP Telephony & Mobile Backhaul.

• Capability to research, design, plan & evaluate an effective solution in domains such as OSS/BSS, GPON, Soft Voice, security applications.

• Understanding of IP Multimedia Subsystems (IMS).

Responsibilities:

• In depth assessment of customers needs, consulting, modelling & simulation plan to improve the solution & engineering to deliver solutions.

• Translate customer’s requirements to design the full scope of the solution.

• Applying solution architecture methodology, best practices, processes & principles to create value for the customer.

• Ensure solution feasibility.

• Work with peers in cross functional teams.

• Participation as an expert in tender process.

• Build & write documents for bid/proposal in connection with a call for tender/RFP.
