A Project Manager/ ICT System Improvement Officer is required for a 3 month contract for a local authority based in the West Midlands.
You are required to manage and lead upon the implementation of strategic technical and business change ICT projects and service improvements initiatives.
Responsibility for the delivery of initiatives and projects to a specified time and budget, whilst ensuring quality and mitigating against risk; to ensure the change is managed effectively by leading and working with relevant staff within the business.
You will be working on a contract basis, inside IR35.
Rate negotiable depending on experience.
You will require experience in ICT Cyber Security projects or Disaster recovery/Business continuity projects
You will have experience and an understanding of the following technologies:
- Agile project management environment
- Delivering complex large scale ICT and business change projects
- Experience of local government with an exposure to ICT strategy and policy management
Qualifications Project management qualifications i.e Prince 2, Scrum, Six Sigma, Lean
Qualified by experience within an ITIL ICT environment
