CRA Team Coordinator - Oncology area - Home-based

An international non profit organisation specialised in oncology is looking for a CRA manager to be responsible for all areas worldwide. By being specialised in this niche therapeutical area, this company is able to offer quality services to its clients.
It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced or senior CRA to move up the ladder in the team management.

The CRA Team Coordinator position is to be home-based in Belgium.

Under the responsibility of the Clinical Operations Manager you will be responsible for performing the sites assignment according to the workload. Also you will be accountable for co-ordinating the activities of the clinical research associates based in different countries and in different continents. Your role is to provide support and answers in the oncology field to your team members in accordance with the SOPs, ICH-GCPs and country specific regulatory requirements.
The role offers you the opportunity to train the CRAs and it gives you the possibility to do co-monitoring visits in the world.


Your profile:

- Successful experience as a CRA – minimum 3-4 years experience – in phase II and phase III
- Experience at CRO, pharmaceutical company or biotech
- Solid knowledge in oncology
- Fluent English
- Able to work in perfect autonomy
- A few travels are required for this role – less than 20%
