We’ve invested in our extensive candidate network allowing us to identify the best candidates on a global scale with a localised and on the ground approach. Our investments in technology have enhanced our service levels with support teams dedicated exclusively to contractor compliance, mobilisation, and management, payroll processing and reporting.

The core functionality of our network enables us to run dynamic searches based on an extensive criteria including but not limited to locality of candidates, qualifications, skills, detailed experience, previously short listed candidates for competitors, and over-all background.

Securing candidates

We take candidates through a robust screening process and apply the following five steps to ensure you have the best talent to meet your needs.

  1. Preliminary screening 
  2. Testing 
  3. Psychometric profiling
  4. Referencing
  5. Competency-based interview

Once candidates have progressed through this process, the preferred candidate or candidates will be put forward for the role. We will then manage the offer process to ensure that you get the person you want with the right terms for both parties.

It’s important to us that both sides are happy with the service they receive and we do all we can to ensure that every stage of the recruitment process is as efficient and effective as possible.

If you’re hiring a contractor, then we’ll work with you to ensure that your new hire adds value from day one. Our comprehensive on-boarding process is designed to ensure that your new recruit is fully briefed before they join your team or project. We also will organise back office support for contractors, including online time sheeting, dedicated payroll service and legal support.

Post placement care

Our commitment to our customers goes beyond just filling a role. We ensure that our consultants carry out post placement meetings with both parties to ensure everything is progressing well.

We will move quickly to address any potential concerns and ensure that the relationships we build are long and successful.
